Haha my little biceps. They are starting to get tone back in them! I do arm raises (behind the head and up 50x) and I do something where I put my arms and start with my shoulder blades touching and then bring it forward so my fists meet and then pull back (50x) both with just 3lb free weights since that is all I need right now. I am also trying to get into a habit of doing squats and leg lifts :) Probably a bad idea to do this at night since I need to sleep XD
